Moving in and Living in ERC

This year general move in will be from Wednesday Sept 16 – Sunday Sept 20th

There will be options to move in September 24rd – 27th.

On your MyRoomAssignment Page, you can select Move-in Date and Time starting Wednesday August 26th. 

If you are moving in Wednesday September 16th  –  Sunday 20st:

You will be checking in at the Middle Earth Lounge.

If you are moving in after the 20th:

You will be checking in at the ERC Residence Life Office.

If you have missed your check in date please email ercreslife@ucsd.edu to update your check in date. 

Please remember to view AND print/bring your QwikPass with you at move-in. Your QwikPass will include the following important information:

• Your assigned room and bed space
• Your campus mailing address
• Your Move-in Date and Time
• Your Electronic Lock PIN CODE

You can either print your QwikPass or have it available on your smartphone prior to your arrival at UCSD. You will be required to present your QwikPass at your assigned move-in date and time (or later), along with a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
