Moving in and Living in ERC

This year general move in will be from Wednesday Sept 17 – Sunday Sept 22nd

There will be options to move in September 23rd – 26th.

On your MyRoomAssignment Page, you can select Move-in Date and Time starting Thursday August 28th. You have the ability to change your date and time until Thursday, September 2, 2025, at midnight (PST).

If you are moving in Wednesday September 17th  –  Sunday 21st:

You will be checking in at the Middle Earth Lounge.

If you are moving in after the 21st:

You will be checking in at the ERC Residence Life Office.

Please remember to view AND print/bring your QwikPass with you at move-in. Your QuikPass will include the following important information:

• Your assigned room and bedspace
• Your campus mailing address
• Your Move-in Date and Time
• Your Electronic Lock PIN CODE

You can either print your QwikPass or have it available on your smartphone prior to your arrival at UCSD. You will be required to present your Qwik-Pass at your assigned move-in date and time (or later), along with a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
