We recognize that a student's transition into college also leaves our parents with plenty of questions as well! Many parents and family members share a desire to want to learn all you can about this new place your student is entering, and how you can support them in their transition. 

This summer, multiple campus resources and Eleanor Roosevelt College will be holding webinars about their various services and important information. Students will receive emails about these webinars.

Parent and Family Newsletters

Look out for our Parent and Family Newsletters! In an effort to keep you updated on student life and connected to the Eleanor Roosevelt College community, we will be sending out Parent and Family newsletters bi-weekly from July 5th to September 27th, via email. They will cover many topics related to your student's experience at UCSD and Eleanor Roosevelt College. These will include information on important deadlines, campus resources, academics, housing and dining, campus life and opportunities for involvement.

We heard that you all wanted a place connect with other Parent & Family Members of ERC students.  Our new group , started in 2020, is designed for those supporting ERC students to have a community! Share transitions you are going through, helpful tips you have discovered, and ask topic-related questions. This is a place for general support and discussion.
