Parent and Family Newsletters

Look out for our Parent and Family Newsletters! In an effort to keep you updated on student life and connected to the Eleanor Roosevelt College community, we will be sending out Parent and Family newsletters bi-weekly from July 5th to September 27th, via email. They will cover many topics related to your student's experience at UCSD and Eleanor Roosevelt College. These will include information on important deadlines, campus resources, academics, housing and dining, campus life and opportunities for involvement.

All incoming students had the opportunity to add Parent and/or Family members to our mailing list when they registered for new student orientation.

Family Orientation Hub

The Family Orientation Hub provides a singular location for parents and family to connect with UC San Diego's campus. It will connect you to informational webinars, allow you to explore campus offices and services, link you to other Triton families, and help you support your incoming Triton. International Parent and Family Orientation

For our international families, UC San Diego offers the International Parent and Family Orientation. This program, offered in later September, serves to connect the parents and family of incoming international students to campus culture, resources, and services through virtual and in-person, on-campus programming. Join our ERC Parent/Family Facebook Group

We heard that you all wanted a place connect with other Parent & Family Members of ERC students. Our new group, started in 2020, is designed for those supporting ERC students to have a community! Share transitions you are going through, helpful tips you have discovered, and ask topic-related questions. This is a place for general support and discussion. Please respect your student’s privacy.
