Avian Collins
Serves as the chief executive officer and official representative of the Student Body. Presides over Council meetings, oversees the work of Council Directors and chairs, manages non-financial Council correspondence with the Secretary, and is an ex-official member of all subordinate bodies of the Council.

McKenna Maloney
Oversees the progress of internal members who do not attend external meetings, chairs the
Appointment Committee, tracks office hours responsibilities, and supports the Council's internal operations. Sits on all internal standing committees.

Vice President External
Jasmen Martinez
Oversees the Council’s external representatives who serve on external committees and manages external relations. Works on a campus-wide project to connect the Council and the ERC community and serves on the Appointment Committee. Represents SCERC in the Council of Organizations.

Vice President Finance
Alex Kapnik
Ensures adherence to the Council’s financial policies alongside the President and provides financial statements at all meetings. Presents an annual budget that includes organizational allocations, offers quarterly financial reports, and co-chairs the Special Events and Finance Committee.

Kate Cariaga
Prepares and distributes minutes from all Council meetings, ensures quorum is met, and manages non-financial correspondence in coordination with the President. Maintains Council files and records, tracks attendance at meetings and events, and collaborates with the Dean of Student Affairs on mandatory attendance. Compiles an annual scrapbook highlighting Council events.

Rhea George
Serves as an ex-official member of the Council, providing weekly reports on campus-wide issues. Sits on at least one internal standing committee and holds weekly community outreach hours. Organizes at least one independent project per term that involves the entire ERC student body.

Chair of Judicial Board
Shriya Krishna
Leads the board, schedules and presides over meetings, and collaborates with the Dean of Student Affairs to educate students on their rights. Acts as the liaison between the Council and the Civic Engagement Office and plays an active role during primary and general election periods to encourage student voter turnout. Assists with volunteer recruitment, coordinates with the ERC Residence Life Office, and promotes civic awareness within the Student Body. Sits on the Elections Appeals Board and All Campus Judicial Board.

Isabel Lai
Ensures the organization and upkeep of all Council legislation, bills, resolutions, and policies. Acts as the Parliamentarian for Council meetings and maintains adherence to Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised. Chairs and takes minutes for the Rules Committee to update and add language changes to the supporting doc/bylaws.

Meleeya Omandam
Manages ERC merchandise (mERCh), identifies the Student Body's needs, and Oversees the growth of Council enterprises. Works with the Vice President of Finance to track expenses and income related to mERCh and Council enterprises, manage the inventory and distribution of supplies in the Student Workroom, and sits on the Special Events and Finance Committee.

Handles communication and outreach to the Student Body, ensuring all Council actions and events are publicized effectively. Coordinates event promotions, manages official press releases (including a monthly newsletter distributed through the Office of Residential Life), and utilizes media outlets to engage students. Sits on the Finance and Special Events Committee.

Sits on the Special Events and Finance Committee.

Aiden Lai
Maintains and updates the Council’s website and Listserv, coordinating with the Directors of Publicity to reach the student body. Runs the SCERC Google Calendar and works with the Directors of Publicity and Director of Enterprise to put events and graphics on the website. Serves on the Special Events and Finance Committee.

Advocates for the interests of the Senior class within the Council. Sits on an internal committee, chairs the ERC Senior Committee, and organizes key senior events, including the Senior Toast, Senior Gift, and Graduate Stoles for graduating students.

Serves as the link between off-campus students and the Council, ensuring that at least one representative attends Student Transportation Advisory Committee meetings. Works with Eleanor’s Transfers and Commuters (ETC) and the All Campus Commuter Board (ACCB) and plans at least one project per term for commuter students. Sits on an internal standing committee.

Diversity Advocate
Ceci Quan
Represents the interests of underrepresented members of the Student Body and serves as the official liaison to the Student Affirmative Action Committee (SAAC). Is a general member of at least one SAAC organization, attends all SAAC Board Meetings, and reports on these activities to the Council. The Diversity Advocate coordinates one SAAC presentation per term, sits on the Special Events and Finance Committee, and carries out any additional duties assigned by the Council, with SAAC’s consent.

Attends weekly Student Fee Advisory Committee meetings, acting as a liaison between SFAC and the Council. Advocates for the Student Body’s interests regarding the allocation
of the Student Services Fee, ensuring that decisions align with student needs. Works closely with the SFAC Representative Shadow, providing guidance and support for a smooth transition into the role.

Rachel Ellis
Advocates for the Student Body in weekly HDH meetings, focusing on housing, dining, and campus amenities. Communicates proposed housing rate changes and amenities updates to the Council and the Student Body. Assists the HDH/RRSS Undergraduate Advisory Board in hosting an annual spring forum to gather student feedback on these services.

Basic Needs Advocate
Krithika Karthik
Serves as the official representative to the AS Office of Food and Housing and promotes strategies to help students access basic needs resources provided by the University. Reports on AS Office activities at Council meetings and updates the AS Basic Needs Student Work Group on Council discussions and student concerns. Coordinate at least one educational project related to basic needs resources and one presentation on AS Food and Housing services. Acts as a liaison to the Triton Food Pantry and the Hub and sits on the Special Events and Finance Committee.

Health and Wellness Advocate
Grace Gibson
Serves as a liaison between the Council, the Student Mental Health Advisory Committee (SMHAC), and the Student Health and Well-being Advisory Board (SHWAB). Attends SMHAC meetings to ensure that revenues from the 2020 Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and Student Mental Health Fee Referenda are allocated under student expectations. Attends SHWAB meetings to gain information on wellness initiatives and updates, which they relay to the Council.

Sustainability Advocate
Layla Askar
Represents the Council in promoting sustainability efforts at ERC and serves as the official liaison to the AS Office of Environmental Justice Affairs. Reports on AS Office activities at Council meetings and keeps the Sustainability Collective informed about Council discussions and student concerns. Coordinates at least one major sustainability project or program and one sustainability-focused presentation, either independently or with an outside organization. Sits on the Special Events and Finance Committee.
