Jasmine Buccowich is a third year student from Camarillo, CA. A General Biology major and Marine Science minor, she hopes to study abroad while she’s an undergraduate. She shouldn’t have any trouble adjusting on a global trek; Jasmine has moved seven times around California and once in Hawaii – for which she credits her ability to make friends easily – and has travelled to Japan. She currently works at Scripps Institution of Oceanography’s Whale Acoustic Lab as a data research specialist and expects to attend veterinary school in the future.
