Baldeep Dhalwal is a second year student from Sacramento, CA. In between taking classes for her major in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Neuroscience and her minor in Global Health, Baldeep has found time to serve as a Freshman Senator for Associated Students and an ERC Admit Day Ambassador and commit to the Associated Students Finance Committee and Freshman Council, the Sikh Student Association, the Cognitive Science Student Association and the American Medical Student Association. Not surprisingly, she loves challenges and states, “I put everything I have into everything I do.” Medical and law schools as well as teacher education programs will have to wait to see which she chooses as she considers her future options. For now, she’ll continue to enjoy her time at ERC, and you’ll likely find her at Café Ventanas where the “view is breathtaking” and the atmosphere “calming.”
