Jacob (Jake) Emge left Moorpark, CA, for ERC and never looked back. A third year student, Jake has served as Director of Organizations, Orientation Leader, Peer Advisor, and Student Council member at ERC; he has been ERC’s representative on a Housing, Dining and Hospitality committee; and he will be a Resident Advisor at Revelle College this year. A Human Biology major who aspires to medical school, Jake knows how to enjoy himself at ERC and loves the MMW Blowout, Sun God Festival, Rock N’ Roosevelt, and Welcome Week’s Meet the Beach. He plans to travel to Israel this summer. Jake states that if he were in charge, “I would run ERC like I was Ongka preparing for my big Moka” (a reference you will understand upon completing MMW 11!).
