Be a Part of ERC's Exciting Living/Learning Community
This fall's class of ERC freshmen who choose to live on-campus may reside in one of two residential communities - the residence halls located on the ERC campus and in selected residence halls on the Revelle campus. The multi-story residence halls at both locations offer the ideal first year living experience. Students may be housed in triple, double and single bedroom suites.
Both neighborhoods feature easy access to the campus libraries and recreation facilities. Both residence hall locations contain laundry facilities, study and meeting rooms, mailroom, game room and student activities center, and student-run television station, along with computer labs, classrooms, and dining facilities also featured in each neighborhood.
You will receive the housing brochure, "Living on Campus," immediately following your notification of admission (mid to late March) in the mail. This brochure contains instructions on how to apply on-line for on-campus housing.
Please remember that on-campus housing spaces are limited and filled based on a number of criteria including the date order in which the on-line housing applications are received, college of registration, and room type preference.
Placement begins at the ERC Residence halls, followed by placement at the Revelle residence halls should numbers require it. Here's some important information to keep in mind when applying for on-campus housing:
If you turned in your SIR by May 1, 2013, you will receive detailed instructions by e-mail in late May on how to electronically access and return your contract and pre-payment to the UC San Diego Housing Administrative Services Office.
YOUR COMPLETED AND SIGNED HOUSING CONTRACT and the required pre-payment must be received electronically by the UCSD Housing Administrative Services Office by June 30, 2013.
