Mark Tolentino is an Environmental Systems/Environmental Policy major who hails from Bakersfield, CA. A third year student, Mark is also pursuing a minor in Music and has kept busy participating in PERC, Rockin’ Roosevelt, Semi-Formal Committee, and Schools for Schools. In the future, he hopes to open an organic and eco-friendly café next to a university, become fluent in Spanish and learn another language, and backpack across the globe. Mark will have some great travel experience to fall back on as he has journeyed to (and enjoyed the food in) France (crepes!), Italy (gelato!), and the Philippines (pineapples!). At ERC, he loves fine dining, playing Frisbee on the Green, cooking at friends’ apartments, and finding free food at random events and study breaks. If he were in charge, UCSD would have a football team and Café Ventanas would be open 24 hours/day.
