Authorized Payer

Sign up for Electronic Billing & Payment with your UCSD Student. The Student must Authorize you before UCSD can discuss any Billing or Payment information. The benefits for parents are the ability to discuss the bill with your student and responsible UCSD department. It allows authorized parent to make electronic payments and monitor accounts. As a parent you can create their own easy-to-remember username and password.

Fastest way to submit payments! Posts to student account immediately.
Avoid late fees
Requires personal checking account
50 cent transaction fee for each use
Set up a Payment Profile for your first payment for Fall 2008
Other Forms of Payment: Cash, Check and Money Order
We do not accept Credit Cards.

Do you need assistance paying your UC Bill?

Use the Triton Registration Installment Payment plan
Pay registration fees in up to 3 monthly installments
Sign up for a quarter, the academic year, or entire UCSD career
$30 fee per quarter for residents
$45 fee per quarter for non-residents

Help your student enroll in Direct Bank Deposit

Students sign up on the Student Business Services website, http://sbs.ucsd.edu
No need to wait for mail to arrive, avoid trips to the bank, and saves paper waste.
Student gets refunds up to five days faster. The local bank ATMs available on campus:
Bank of America, USE Credit Union, Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual.
