Human Trafficking, according to the International Labor Organization, is a 150 billion dollar-a-year global industry.  It is one of the worst forms of human rights violations.

Eleanor Roosevelt College is strongly committed to ensuring the human rights of all people. As a college that promotes international understanding and community development, ERC is challenging students to broaden their intellectual mind and socio-cultural curiosities beyond the common privileges of modern society. Eleanor Roosevelt College now offers a Human Trafficking Awareness Workshop that not only offers students a glimpse into the dark side of humanity but also opportunities for social change and justice.

ERC has partnered with Global Communities in combating human trafficking by offering an awareness training program to ERC students.  The program is slated for Saturday, January 22, 2022 and Saturday, January 29, 2022. This year the program will be offered remotely.
