CORE is Eleanor Roosevelt College's community service organization that participates in projects in the ERC, UCSD, and San Diego communities. Past activities have included running a Halloween Carnival at an Elementary School, Tutoring Middle School and High School Students, making and delivering gift baskets to terminally ill children in pediatric centers, helping feed families who can't afford their own Thanksgiving dinner, Relay for Life, and much more.

The Council of Organizations serves as the communication platform for all student organizations at ERC. The Eleanor Roosevelt Global Health Coalition is the first and only ERC organization catered to the college's pre-health oriented students. By embracing the ideals of ERC, The ERGHC will recognize topical issues related to health care around the world and will work together to improve conditions abroad through education and service.
The organization will also serve as a resource for all ERC students by providing opportunities to participate in medical related field trips, to interact with health related professionals, and to aid in community service efforts.
