ERC Opportunities Fair

Leadership Program

The ERC Leadership Program is open to all ERC students. The program consists of four components: Personal Development, Team Development, Global Citizenship and Service to Community.  Each quarter you are required to complete a one-hour life coaching/goal setting session with the Assistant Dean prior to starting each component. The goal is to assist students in becoming a world citizen. By completing all four components of the program, students will become well-rounded leaders.
