"It is the mission of the Eleanor Roosevelt College Office of Residence Life to support the goals and philosophy of Eleanor Roosevelt College by providing a living environment which meets the basic and developmental needs of its residents.

"We seek to accomplish this through effective communication, genuine care and respect for residents, and cultivation of an understanding of and appreciation for diverse cultures and peoples."
